Registration Process

1. 1 Review the project overview, individual tracks decriptions, full schedule and pricing at iwsmusic.org.
2. 2 Complete the registration form at www.iwsmusic.org/register.
Important Please do not initiate the bank transfer before submitting your registration form.
3. 3 Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the message we send you immediately after receiving your application.
4. 4 Pay the full participation fee promptly—either right away or within 3 business days—to the bank account provided in the following email. Note: This is a European bank account held at a Vatican bank; the amount will be indicated in Euros.
Important Your place is on hold for 3 working days after submitting the registration form. After this period, if payment has not been received, your registration will be cancelled and the spot offered to other applicants.
5. 5 Receive your confirmation. Once your payment is received by the organizer (typically within 10 days of initiating the transfer), you will receive a third email with final confirmation of your registration.
Cancellation Policy A full refund will be granted in the case of medical emergencies, war, or pandemic-related circumstances, subject to appropriate documentation. For personal reasons, a partial refund (50%) may be requested until the end of June.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop in the event of an insufficient number of applications or due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, all payments will be refunded within 14 working days from the official announcement of the workshop’s cancellation.
